Hi, I'm Kevin
I'm the founder of Copilot Automations, and I'm based right here in Dracut.
I didn't come from a software company. I learned on the job. I was 12 the first time I tagged along with my dad to work. I spent years in landscaping, then moved into the trades, working shoulder to shoulder with HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, and steamfitters in a busy lab building.
Most of my career has been HVAC. I've been the guy on the call with his hands full and the phone buzzing in his pocket.
The Moment That Started It
A buddy of mine ran an electrical company. Great electrician. But every night he came home wiped out and sat down to a second shift: missed calls, estimates, follow-up.
Watching him, it hit me. He wasn't losing jobs because of his work. He was losing them because nobody could get to the phone.
And he wasn't the only one. I saw it all over the trades.
So I Built the Fix
I've always loved technology and gadgets. In 2022 I started playing around with AI, and it didn't take long to see it could fix the exact problem my buddy had.
