SMS Terms
If you opt in, Copilot Automations may send SMS messages including service updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, and responses to inquiries. We may send marketing or promotional messages only where you have explicitly consented. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including leads, revenue, rankings, conversion rates, or business performance. Results depend on factors outside our control, including industry conditions, market demand, your responsiveness, customer behavior, and third-party platform performance.
Client Responsibilities
If you become a client, you agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and any required access needed to deliver services, such as website or DNS access, calendars, business information, and messaging approvals. Delays in providing access or approvals may delay timelines.
Payments & Billing
All fees are due as stated on your invoice, order form, or service agreement. If payment fails, services may be paused until your account is brought current. Usage-based fees (such as carrier charges or Voice system overages) may apply based on actual usage.
Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and/or your service agreement. Setup fees and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun or a billing cycle has started.
Pass-Through Costs
Certain third-party costs may be required to deliver services (for example, A2P compliance, phone numbers, SMS/voice usage, domains, hosting, plugins). These pass-through costs are billed at cost and are non-refundable once incurred.
Intellectual Property
All workflows, templates, automation logic, and proprietary systems developed by Copilot Automations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use installed systems only while their subscription is active and in good standing.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may rely on third-party platforms and providers (for example, CRM platforms, mobile carriers, email/SMS providers, and Google). We are not responsible for outages, carrier filtering, policy changes, or service interruptions beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copilot Automations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits). Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
Your use of our website and communications programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new Last Updated date. Continued use of the website, services, or communications programs constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
